It's not been easy for everyone, but most people in Kelowna say they've been living by the rules against social gatherings at home.
It was last Thursday that Dr. Bonnie Henry announced several new province-wide public health orders. One of them calls on all of us to stick to our immediate family or core bubble at home. No visitors.
Most people we spoke to say they've been able to stick to the rules. "Yes, because I live alone," said one woman. Another said she's not feeling great with it. "A little stressed. A little confined," she explained.
One woman seemed to be angry about it.
"I think it's too much," she said. "I think our freedoms are being taken away to be perfectly honest."
Still, most people suggested they could live with it...for now.
"Well it just depends with Christmas," said one young man. "It's the only thing people are worrying about right now."
The order was put in place until Dec 7. Whether or not it gets extended remains to be seen.
