Situated on a 1.18-acre property the home, which has been described as a “mindbending modernist treasure,” includes a pool, a hot tub and a creek that was redirected to create a reflecting pool.

It also features separate parents and children’s levels, curved glass brick skylights, and an ocean view.

According to the architect's official website, the residence was designed in the late 70's for Hugo Eppich the owner of a diversified manufacturing firm specializing in metal fabrication.

"Located on a south-facing slope of West Vancouver, the intent was to construct the primarily steel and glass building using the materials, expertise, and labour available in the plant," read's Erickson's website.

"The 7,000 square foot structure comprises of three levels set at right angles to the slope of the site."
