Police searching for missing Prince George woman who hasn't been seen since the summer

Prince George RCMP is on the lookout for a missing woman who may no longer be in the community.

According to police, Laura Robinson, who sometimes goes by "Alaura," hasn't been seen since Aug. 11. On Thursday, the woman 30-year-old was reported missing to police.

Extensive efforts have been taken to locate the former Surrey woman. Investigators believe she may have left the community.

Though Robinson does not own a vehicle, she has rented some in the past. In addition to Surrey, she previously lived on Vancouver Island.

Robinson is described as a 5'4" Caucasian woman who weighs 135 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.
