Sinkhole causing issues on Okanagan road

Residents travelling around Vernon Creek should be aware of delays on Lakeshore Road.

According to the City of Vernon, a sinkhole has developed near the bridge over the creek.

The road is down to single-lane, alternating traffic as crews try and make repairs. Signs are barricades are in place and motorists are asked to obey traffic control personnel.
