Jacob Forman appeared in court today via video conference after last making an appearance on Jan. 15, 2018.
Forman was previously facing three charges of second-degree murder for the deaths of his wife and two daughters.
Two charges of second-degree murder have been changed to first-degree murder, and have been sworn before the courts. Forman now faces one charge of second-degree murder and two charges of first-degree murder.
Kelowna RCMP were called to the family's Rutland home on Dec. 19, 2017, where the discovered the three deceased individuals. The 34-year-old Forman was then taken into custody.
The case has been further adjourned to April 13, 2018, at 9:30 a.m.
