Kamloops RCMP recovered numerous high-end tools and a stolen license plate early Thursday morning.
Around 1 am, officers were making patrols when a vehicle with no decal or valtag was observed travelling westbound on Valleyview Drive.
A background check of the plate number revealed it to be stolen, prompting police to pull the vehicle over on Battle Street.
Upon investigating the vehicle, police found high-end tools in the trunk and seized those as well.
A Kamloops man was issued tickets and his vehicle was impounded.
He was released at the scene, pending further investigation.
