(UPDATE: July 20 @8:20 a.m.)
Tomorrow's performer at Mission Hill's summer concert series has cancelled due to illness.
"We have just been informed that Michael McDonald has come down with a viral infection while on tour that has impacted his singing," said Mission Hill. "Despite his best efforts to push through, he regretfully has to cancel his show this Sunday, July 21st at Mission Hill."
Mission Hill is working to reschedule the show to a later date in August. They added that they will have more information on Monday, at which time they will either transfer tickets to the August show, or provide a full refund through Select Your Tickets.

The amphitheatre at Mission Hill Family Estate is one of the nicest concert venue in the Okanagan and it’ll be hosting a can’t miss summer concert series again this year.
“Mission Hill Family Estate is proud to host a stunning musical lineup of performers at our spectacular outdoor Amphitheatre,” said a release from the winery.
“Join us for these incredible concerts, or choose one of our Experiential Packages for an unforgettable evening of wine, food and music.”
Things will kick off on Sunday, June 16 with Rain: A Tribute to the Beatles, the longest-running Beatles tribute act in the world.
A few weeks later, David Foster will hit the stage on Tuesday, July 9 for an intimate evening of music.
That show, however, will only be an exclusive show for Mission Hill’s privilege members, which you can find out more on by clicking this link.
Finally, Michael McDonald will close out the summer series with a concert on Sunday, July 21.
Tickets for these shows go on sale at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 14 and can be purchased through Select Your Tickets.
