There is a good mix of actors, producers, musicians and even a couple of journalists on the list, but the top is dominated by executives.
Iger is in top spot for a number of reasons, but one of the big ones is June’s $71.3 billion acquisition of 21st Century Fox.
Can you guess which @IthacaCollege @ICParkSchool grad was just named the most powerful person in Hollywood for the 3rd year in a row? Hint: he's a TV-R grad and, no, it's not @JackWBryant. That's right, it's none other than @BobIgerCEO! #IthacaProud https://t.co/pQCWexv488

It’s the 68-year-old’s third straight year in the number one spot of The Hollywood Reporter’s list, leaving no doubt that he holds the power in Hollywood.
Coming in behind Iger is the pair of Reed Hastings and Ted Sarandos, who are the CEO and CCO of Netflix.

Hollywood's king of horror @jason_blum, who ranks no. 27 on @THR 100, shares what he is still intimidated by: "I had to send an email to Steven Spielberg asking for permission on something, and I rewrote the email five times. He declined” https://t.co/i0J395vGe2 pic.twitter.com/fhYaxj5DJs
