It was not known if any of the items were stolen from inside the box. Similar events like this occurred two more times in the week with different packages.

At 8:59 am on Feb. 7, officers responded to a break and enter at a seasonal property located Centennial Road in Bridge Lake.

Two suspects attended and broke into three travel trailers and damaged two others. A garage was also entered and two ATVs were pulled out.

Thankfully, they could not be stolen from the site due to the depth of the snow. Forensic evidence and footwear impressions linked this incident to mischief at the Canada Post mailboxes.

Both investigations are ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to call the near RCMP detachment.
