VIDEO: Horrifying near-miss in Golden sees semi-trucks almost collide

It is no secret that truck drivers have a dangerous job, but thankfully, some do it very defensively.

In a video posted to Facebook on June 30, a poor decision by one trucker almost ended in disaster on Hwy 1 near Golden.

The video shows one semi speeding up to pass a truck while in a passing lane. As the driver is doing so, a second semi goes into oncoming traffic in an attempt to make his pass.

Disregarding the double solid line, the truck then comes face-to-face with a semi in the oncoming lane. Cautious driving by the oncoming driver resulted in no one getting hurt.
