Spring? Eastern Canada braces for #WinterStormToby

The East Coast is having a real hard time believing it's actually Spring.

Having endured three heavy winter storms already, the region is preparing for the fourth nor'easter to pound the coast in just two weeks.

South of the border, the storm is expected to become the biggest late-March snowstorm on record from Washington, D.C. to New York City.

According to the Weather Network, Eastern Canada could see 25 centimetres of snow by late Wednesday and wind gusts up to 90 kilomtres/hr.

Meanwhile, B.C. enjoyed a beautiful first day of Spring on Tuesday.
