Try not to cry as you watch the trailer for the new Dumbo movie Disney dropped on us, coming to theatres next year.
Dumbo is getting re-envisioned by director Tim Burton, giving Disney fans something to look forward to.
The live-action adventure expands on the beloved classic story. Circus owner Max Medici (Danny Devito) enlists the help of former star Holt Farrier (Colin Farrell) and his children Milly (Nico Parker) and Joe (Finley Hobbins) to care for a newborn elephant whose oversized ears make him a laughingstock in an already struggling circus.

When they discover that Dumbo can fly, the circus makes an incredible comeback, attracting persuasive entrepreneur V.A. Vandevere (Michael Keaton), who recruits the peculiar pachyderm for his newest, larger-than-life entertainment venture, Dreamland. Dumbo soars alongside aerial artist Colette Marchant (Eva Green).

But of course, it wouldn’t be a Tim Burton movie without some dark secrets for them to discover in at the magical Dreamland.
But Dumbo isn’t the only return to the classics Disney has in store. As soon as this summer, the much-anticipated Christopher Robin movie is coming to theatres. Mary Poppins will also be back on the big screen this Christmas season.
