On Monday, one of Canada's most respected journalists Joe Schlesinger, passed away at his home at the age of 90. During his illustrious career, Schlesinger reported for the Vancouver Province, Toronto Daily Star and the CBC.

The latest cover of Esquire magazine is turning some heads with a profile on the prototypical White teen. The 7000+ word piece documenting the experience of a 17-year-old middle class, White male teenager growing up in a divided America has readers debating representation. Many people online were quick to point out that this particular cover is an interesting choice during Black History Month.
