Today, 20 good boys and girls received a Christmas miracle.
Golden Rescue, one of the largest single breed rescue groups in Canada, welcomed home 20 golden retriever puppies from Cairo, Egypt.
Today, flight 86 flew in from overseas and landed at the Toronto Pearson International Airport. Once roaming the streets in Cairo, these now lucky souls have all been given a second chance of life.
The welcome home was even more heartfelt once the puppies realized that they were headed to their new forever homes!
That’s right!
All 20 puppies have been adopted by loving families within Canada.
This is not the first large-scale rescue the organization has done.
The rescue is a non-profit registered charitable organization that is run entirely by volunteers and donations. Since 1990, the rescue has found homes for unwanted, abandoned and displaced golden retrievers including these 20 beautiful doggos!
