The sudden slash on prices has been described as Black Friday in the summer, where online shoppers in 17 countries rush to score deals on the e-commerce giant.

However, there is one catch, shoppers must have an Amazon Prime membership, which customers can sign up for with a one month free trial followed by a $79.99 annual membership charge.

Here are some deals that have been highlighted by Amazon Prime:

  • Save $40 on Echo

  • Save $40 on the Kindle Paperwhite

  • Save up to 50% on select Ray-Ban sunglasses

  • Save up to 50% on select men's and women's fashion shoes and accessories

  • Premium Brand 65-inch 4K Smart TV, only $1,898

  • GoPro Hero Session Bundle, only $239.99

  • Save up to 25% on select laptops and Chromebooks

  • Save up to 50% on Sony wireless headphones

  • Save up to 30% on select air conditioners, dehumidifiers and air purifiers

  • Save up to 30% on Ten Toes paddle boards
